R Kelly’s ex claims she was starved and forced to have sex with women during ‘hellish’ time in singer’s ‘cult’

ONE of R Kelly’s ex-girlfriend has accused the R&B singer of starving her and forcing her to have sex with other women during their relationship.

Kitty Jones, a former radio host from Dallas, alleges Kelly – born Robert Kelly – physically and mentally abused her during a “hellish” two-year period in the singer’s “cult” – allegations he firmly denies.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the mum-of-one – who met the singer at a concert in her hometown of Dallas in 2011 – detailed years of her alleged abuse which left her suicidal.

She said two months after their first meeting, she agreed to meet him again at the next leg of his tour in a hotel room.

Jones claims Kelly exposed himself and immediately started masturbating in front of her.

She told the magazine: “I’m thinking we’re going to hug or peck each other. But he plopped down on the couch and pulled out his penis and started pleasuring himself.”

R Kelly faces new allegations of abuse

Jones said within months Kelly had convinced her to drop everything and move to Chicago with him.

Before the move, Kelly allegedly told her about his relationships with other women describing them as people he had “raised”.

She said: “He said, ‘I have friends and I have girls I’ve raised. I didn’t know what he meant by ‘raised’ at the time.

“He said, ‘I eventually want you to meet them, but I want to make sure you’re mentally ready for that.’”

Less than a year into their relationship, Jones said Kelly became abusive and would control what she did and what she wore and denied her food or took her mobile away when she disobeyed the singer.

Kitti Jones claims R Kelly starved her and forced her to have sex with other women from 2011 to 2013

She told the magazine: “He would start kicking me, telling me I was a stupid b**** [and] don’t ever get in his business.
“If you disclose your relationship with him [to another woman] – how long you’ve known him or whatever – you can get beat.

“He doesn’t want in any way for one girl to feel more like ‘Oh we’re close than you guys.’ Even though we knew deep down we’re all living there, we didn’t address it.”

Jones says she eventually left the relationship in 2013 – the same year she claimed Kelly started forcing her to have intercourse with other women.

Jones claims that in March of 2013, Kelly brought another of his girlfriends over to where he was keeping her and forced her to perform oral sex on Jones.

“He told me, ‘I raised her. I’ve trained this b****. This is my pet,'” she told Rolling Stone.

The R&B singer denies all the allegations

Jones is one of a number of women who told BuzzFeed in July that Kelly is allegedly keeping a group of women at his properties against their will in a “cult”.

He has firmly denied these allegations.

Kelly has faced previous allegations of sexual misconduct.

He was acquitted in 2008 on charges of making child pornography, despite a videotape of an alleged encounter with a 14-year-old girl being shown to prosecutors.

Kelly’s representative said in a statement to Rolling Stone“Mr. Kelly is aware of the repeated and now evolving claims of [Ms. Jones].

“It is unfortunate that Ms. Jones, after public statements to the contrary, is now attempting to portray a relationship history with Mr. Kelly as anything other than consensual involvement between two adults.

“As stated previously, Mr. Kelly does not control the decision-making or force the actions of any other human being, including Ms. Jones, by her own admission.

“Any claim of wrongdoing of any kind or of mistreatment of any woman by him is false, ill-motived and defamatory.”
